Become an integral part of a dynamic team focused on delivering essential global projects in the pharmaceutical industry. The Project Scheduler will play a vital role in ensuring that capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects are completed on schedule and within the defined scope.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional as a Project Scheduler, who can effectively manage complex project timelines and work collaboratively within a lively international environment. If you are passionate about project management and possess a strong technical background, this role is perfect for you.
- You develop and maintain detailed project schedules from multiple suppliers and the Engineering Office for various project lifecycle phases.
- You integrate GSK schedules and activities with external contractor schedules to create a unified timeline.
- You detect and implement prerequisites for starting activities and define connections between tasks.
- You facilitate planning sessions to develop integrated schedules and identify risks.
- You monitor project progress against schedules and report any discrepancies to the Project Manager.
- You ensure all project team members are aware of the schedule status, especially at key milestones.
- You serve as the team expert for scheduling tools like Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in project management or scheduling.
- You demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
- You possess strong analytical, project management, and organization skills.
- You are an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You can manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- You hold a university degree related to project management.
- You are proficient in French and English.
