We are seeking a dedicated Operational Data Lead Service who is passionate about enhancing data quality in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical acumen and interpersonal skills to thrive in this multifaceted role.
- You define and document the Business Concepts, Business Terms, and Business Rules applicable to a given business domain.
- You lead root cause analyses alongside Data Partners when KPI thresholds are not met.
- You actively contribute to projects that anchor data quality processes within operational teams.
- You monitor KPIs and communicate necessary corrective actions to operational managers in the National Control Center.
- You ensure the implementation of FAIR principles across critical operational data domains.
- You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring data accessibility and usability.
- You develop and drive the data quality strategy and roadmap for operational data domains.
What are we looking for?
- You hold a degree in a relevant technical field, preferably as an electrical engineer.
- You have gained experience in data management and exploitation within the electricity sector.
- You possess strong analytical skills that enable you to approach complex problems with clarity.
- You are proactive and take responsibilities seriously.
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills, capable of facilitating workshops and leading discussions.
- You are familiar with Data Governance, Data Quality management, and Metadata management.
- You exhibit strong collaboration and team spirit and can effectively persuade colleagues.
- You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and have a strong command of English.
