We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support a large-scale data migration programme within the life insurance domain. You will analyse, map, and validate data flowing from multiple legacy systems into new target platforms, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance throughout the migration process. You will work closely with data mapping specialists, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition.

This role requires deep expertise in life insurance data, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work proactively in a multilingual, cross-functional environment.

What You Will Do

• Analyse and map structured and unstructured data from multiple source systems to target applications.
• Assess existing data quality and define mitigation strategies to avoid regression during migration.
• Document data mappings, business rules, and transformation logic in a clear and structured format.
• Contribute to the definition of KPIs, data quality metrics, and related monitoring requirements.
• Provide progress updates and risk reporting to the data migration project manager.
• Ensure delivery aligns with architecture guidelines, data standards, and project governance.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore partners.
• Support testing, validation, and sign-off activities to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
