You will lead the rollout of dynamic passenger information screens across a public transport network. The role combines classic IT project management with strong coordination of hardware deployment, software validation, and vendor delivery within an already awarded public contract. You operate at the intersection of infrastructure, software, suppliers, and internal technical teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end deployment of digital information screens, including installation readiness and coordination with suppliers and technical teams
• Monitor and validate the correct functioning of deployed screens, covering hardware, software, and data quality
• Manage project planning, milestones, and budget reporting within established governance frameworks
• Ensure administrative follow-up of orders, deliveries, and acceptances in line with procurement and internal processes
• Act as the central coordination point between vendors, technical teams, and stakeholders
• Track execution quality of technical services and ensure compliance with agreed specifications
