You will lead the rollout of dynamic passenger information screens across a public transport network. The role combines classic IT project management with strong coordination of hardware deployment, software validation, and vendor delivery within an already awarded public contract. You operate at the intersection of infrastructure, software, suppliers, and internal technical teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end deployment of digital information screens, including installation readiness and coordination with suppliers and technical teams
- Monitor and validate the correct functioning of deployed screens, covering hardware, software, and data quality
- Manage project planning, milestones, and budget reporting within established governance frameworks
- Ensure administrative follow-up of orders, deliveries, and acceptances in line with procurement and internal processes
- Act as the central coordination point between vendors, technical teams, and stakeholders
- Track execution quality of technical services and ensure compliance with agreed specifications
What are we looking for?
- You have proven senior experience as a Project Manager in technical or IT-enabled projects
- You have senior experience in project monitoring, including planning, progress tracking, budget control, and governance reporting
- You have proven experience in business process management, understanding how operational processes translate into technical and service execution
- You have hands-on experience coordinating complex technical projects involving both hardware deployment and software validation
- You have a strong track record working with multiple stakeholders and external suppliers in a transversal setup
- You are fluent in French or Dutch (native level) and have active knowledge of English
- You are able to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers
Nice to Haves
- Experience with public procurement or execution of projects within an existing public contract
- Familiarity with user journey concepts in passenger information or public-facing systems
- Experience working in transport, mobility, or infrastructure-heavy environments
