- You analyze and improve existing HR processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- You collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- You assist in the integration and optimization of HRIS systems.
- You ensure data quality and integrity between HR and IT systems.
- You support onboarding and offboarding processes within the organization.
- You provide insights into HR data flows and models to improve decision-making.
- You contribute to the development of roles and access management frameworks.
What are we looking for?
- You have at least 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an HR context.
- Proven experience in a social secretariat or a medium/large organisation with complex HR processes.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS ecosystems (e.g., SAP HR, SuccessFactors, SD Worx, Attentia, E-Blox, Partena, Group S, Acerta, Protime…).
- Understanding of data models and integrations between HR and IT (API’s, SCIM, CSV flows, identity lifecycle).
- Strong knowledge of HR core processes: onboarding / offboarding, contract types, time registration, absences & payroll, role and access management
- You are proficient in Dutch or French and have active knowledge of English.
