Our client, a prominent player in the insurance industry, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their digital transformation team. This role focuses on developing high-quality IT solutions and enhancing the end-to-end user experience for brokers and partners within the non-life insurance sector.
Your responsibilities:
- Define functional and non-functional requirements based on architectural vision and business analysis standards.
- Lead workshops with key stakeholders to collect, clarify, and document business requirements.
- Model business processes and translate user needs into structured use cases for technical and design teams.
- Coordinate knowledge transfer between business units, onsite developers, and offshore back-office teams.
- Assist in the solution definition to ensure a high-quality user experience and adherence to design guidelines.
- Contribute to the delivery of IT projects within the established scope, timeline, and budget.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience in functional or business analysis within a large Insurance organization, preferably in non-life.
- You bring a strong focus on UX and user-centered design to translate needs into intuitive solutions.
- You possess experience with Agile methodologies and ceremonies such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
- You have experience with analysis and modeling techniques, including UML and BPMN.
- You are a proactive team player with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- You are fluent in Dutch with very good knowledge of English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience using design tools such as Enterprise Architect or Adonis.
- Willingness to obtain certifications such as AZ-900, AZ-204, DP-700, or PL-300.
