Are you a highly experienced Data Architect ready to shape the digital future of a leading services group in Belgium? We are seeking a strategic thinker to design, govern, and optimize our next-generation data architecture, leveraging cloud-native data platforms. This role requires translating complex business needs into secure, scalable, and compliant data solutions, ensuring data is a key driver for business value.

As  Data Architect, you will own the end-to-end data lifecycle, acting as the crucial bridge between business strategy and technical execution.

• Strategic Architecture Ownership: You will define and evolve the architectural blueprint for our data landscape, including the Data Lakehouse and integration patterns, ensuring it aligns with the organization's long-term digital goals.
• Business Translation & Roadmap: You are responsible for identifying and analyzing the data needs of internal and external stakeholders (including Data Science, BI, and Customer Care), translating these into concrete data architecture features that create maximum business value. You will establish and prioritize the data platform's roadmap.
• Governance & Quality: You are the guardian of our data integrity. This includes defining and enforcing standards for Master Data Management (MDM), data quality, and—most crucially for handling sensitive information—data security and GDPR/compliance.
• Technical Leadership & Implementation: You provide technical guidance to Data Engineers and IT teams, ensuring the correct implementation of new data applications. You oversee technology selection to ensure optimal performance and stability.
• Data Enablement: You design and maintain the data model and manage the Data Catalogue, making data discoverable, understandable, and accessible to the entire organization.
