Work experience: 7-10
Reference number: 92137

You will join a Digital organization undergoing a fundamental shift toward a Product-Centric operating model. Following a successful pilot, this model is being scaled as of 2026 to improve how value is prioritized, delivered, and sustained across teams.

In this context, you will work alongside other Agile Coaches to support agile product teams operating at scale, with a strong focus on engineering culture, technical excellence, and software delivery practices. Your mandate sits at the intersection of Agile ways of working and deep technical craftsmanship.

This role is suited for someone who has personally built and delivered software at scale and can credibly coach engineers, product leaders, and stakeholders through complex transformation.

What you’ll do

  • Coach and mentor Agile teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and frameworks in a scaled environment.
  • Help teams adopt and mature within a scaled Agile framework, preferably LeSS.
  • Bridge the gap between Agile processes and engineering practices, ensuring delivery remains technically sound.
  • Guide teams in product-oriented decision-making, aligning technical choices with business value.
  • Promote cross-team learning and reduce silos in a multi-team environment.
  • Support teams in adopting engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and DevOps culture.
  • Improve flow and responsiveness, reducing lead time from idea to reliable production delivery.
  • Introduce and support technical health and delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate software solution design discussions in an Agile context, ensuring architectural clarity and alignment.

What are we looking for?

  • You have 10+ years of experience in software solution design and delivery, with hands-on experience as a developer or architect.
  • You have deep, practical experience with scaled Agile systems, preferably LeSS.
  • You have strong practical experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
  • You have hands-on experience with Continuous Trunk-Based Delivery.
  • You have proven expertise in (A)TDD and building expressive automated test suites as living documentation.
  • You are experienced in visual architecture communication, using techniques such as C4 diagrams.
  • You are able to quickly become productive in complex and unfamiliar business domains.
  • You understand that technical transformation is fundamentally a people transformation and can connect with engineers, management, and leadership alike.
  • You are comfortable working in multi-team environments, fostering inclusion and constructively handling conflict.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English. All three languages are required.
