Description
Daily Tasks
- Creating electronic batch records (EBRs) for the introduction of a new project
- Editing and proofreading content to ensure high editorial standards across all outputs
- Configuring production processes in the MES system (PAS-X)
- Translating production processes into a Master Batch Record (MBR) within the MES system
- Collaborating with the creative team to assess project needs and support messaging
- Driving brand consistency across all company communications
- Developing and implementing brand guidelines
- Managing projects throughout the full lifecycle, from inception to deployment
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of MBR design (PAS-X) or a comparable MES system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a structured and planned manner
- Ability to independently translate process-related activities into a Master Batch Record (MBR) in the MES system, including:
- CIP / SIP
- Leak tests
- Media and buffer preparation
- Process steps
