We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Leader with a deep understanding of functional domains such as Finance and Logistics. If you have a passion for managing large-scale projects and delivering results, this could be the perfect fit for you.

  • You coordinate all phases of projects including planning, execution, and aftercare.
  • You draft specifications and supervise tender processes for government contracts.
  • You select and guide external parties, ensuring optimal vendor management.
  • You organize sprints and manage backlogs to deliver iteratively.
  • You perform analyses and create business cases while proposing technical solutions.
  • You coordinate testing, training sessions, and documentation efficiently.
  • You lead projects focused on modernizing IT systems and digitizing processes.

What are we looking for?

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT infrastructure, software development or digital change projects.
  • You have at least 2 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a SAP context.
  • You have hands-on experience working with Agile / Scrum delivery approaches, if possible having acted as a Scrum Master before. 
  • You have proven experience in vendor management, including selection, contracting, and steering of external parties.
  • You have demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK and knowledge of ITIL practices.
  • You have working knowledge of SAP environments within Finance and/or Logistics domains.
  • You are fluent in Dutch at CEFR level C2.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working in public-sector or government environments.
  • Experience across multiple SAP modules.
  • Experience with SAP BTP and SAP Fiori.
  • Experience with NIS2 compliance initiatives.
  • Knowledge of IAM solutions such as Omada, Okta, or Entra ID.
  • Practical experience with MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
