You will join the a transversal digital team that supports multiple business units by delivering large-scale document and communication services. The team is responsible for building and operating backend systems that generate, orchestrate, send, and archive business communications, both digitally and on paper. These services are mission-critical and heavily automated, with strong requirements around reliability, performance, and traceability.

In this role, you are not only a hands-on senior developer, but also a technical reference and coach for newer .NET developers joining the team.

What you’ll do

• You design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET Framework and .NET Core, with a strong focus on stability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
• You apply modern design principles such as Event-Driven Architecture and Domain-Driven Design to evolve existing systems and build new capabilities.
• You collaborate closely with architects, analysts, and developers across Document Management and other IT teams to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions.
• You ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and consistent application of best practices.
• You proactively communicate about technical choices, risks, issues, and delivery progress, both within your team and towards other stakeholders.
• You build deep knowledge of the existing application landscape, AG standards, and integration patterns to help maintain and continuously improve the platform.
• You coach and mentor junior and newcomer .NET developers
