- You analyze end-to-end business processes and model them effectively to align with organizational objectives.
- You gather, clarify, and prioritize business and solution requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams.
- You design and validate solutions while ensuring they remain aligned with business architecture and strategic objectives.
- You formulate and execute testing activities to ensure quality and alignment with business requirements.
- You create clear and structured documentation that supports business processes, requirements, and solution design.
- You provide leadership by driving improvements and ensuring real business value is delivered through solutions.
- You foster a constructive collaboration with stakeholders, respectfully challenging assumptions to optimize solutions.
What are we looking for?
- You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- You have 5–8 years of experience in business analysis and requirements documentation.
- You possess a strong understanding of Business Analysis methods, such as BABOK, UML, BPMN.
- You have experience in Agile Product working (a plus).
- You are proficient in English and either French or Dutch, with good knowledge of the other language.
- You demonstrate strong analytical skills, capable of breaking down complex situations into manageable components.
- You have a strong collaborative mindset with a constructive, critical approach.
- You are authorized to work in Belgium with a valid work permit and residence permit confirming your right to stay in Belgium.
