As the ideal candidate, you are a skilled design coordinator who excels at integrating comprehensive design from initial concept through to execution. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong technical understanding, and a passion for finding solutions, this role is perfect for you.
- You collaborate with the study office for the integral design from the preliminary design to the start of execution.
- You are responsible for the technical supervision and follow-up of the study office while maintaining an overview of needs and priorities.
- You track the design process, providing input on principles and design choices as well as feedback on submitted design plans.
- You coordinate the design review process.
- You manage risks and opportunities, verification of requirements, and deviations management.
- You work closely with the design manager and execution project leader, reporting to the Technical Manager of the area.
What are we looking for?
- You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering.
- You have 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the civil sector, and experience as a design leader/manager with a focus on execution.
- You possess strong technical insight, can see beyond your own field, are a good organizer, and take initiative.
- You are result-oriented.
- You have general knowledge of Dutch and English.
