We are seeking a dedicated Quality Officer Offshore Construction who is passionate about quality management in complex projects. If you possess a keen attention to detail and the ability to drive quality assurance processes effectively, this opportunity is designed for you.
- You report directly to the Interface & Quality Manager.
- You manage and follow-up on all quality-related topics within the Island package.
- You serve as the point of contact for all quality assurance issues within the package scope, collaborating internally and with the EPC Contractor.
- You implement and monitor the Project Quality Management System and performance.
- You review and challenge quality documentation from the EPC Contractor and Subcontractors.
- You actively participate in internal and external audits.
- You support quality control activities during the delivery phase and follow up on non-conformities and quality risks.
What are we looking for?
- You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality management.
- You possess experience in major offshore, EPCI, or maritime projects.
- You have a background in civil works.
- You hold a relevant educational qualification, technical bachelor/master or equivalent experience.
- You have strong computer and data skills.
- You are an excellent communicator.
- You demonstrate a structured, proactive, and precise working style.
- You are a team player who can inspire others regarding quality.
- You are fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
