- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of global transportation processes and digital tools (TMS/ERP).
- Act as a product and process owner, resolving issues, optimizing existing solutions, and driving innovation.
- Develop and maintain documentation and process flows (TMS, ERP integration, master data governance).
- Design, build, and test systems and platforms to enhance transport visibility and milestone tracking.
- Lead initiatives to harmonize data and ensure integration of new technologies.
- Collaborate with 3PL/4PL partners and IT teams to ensure proper operation of transportation solutions.
- Analyze large data sets and develop actionable insights and reporting.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in transportation processes and data globally.
- Lead change management initiatives: communicate process changes, train users, and facilitate adoption.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and logistics teams to implement digital tools and automation.
- Promote continuous improvement through benchmarking, innovation, and process optimization.
- Ensure all activities comply with J&J quality and compliance standards.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in supply chain, transportation, logistics, or digital transformation projects.
- Experience leading large, complex, cross-functional projects, ideally in life sciences or related industries.
- Experience with TMS/ERP systems (SAP, WMS, etc.), including design, implementation, and integration.
- Proven collaboration with IT and shared services teams in a global environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and transportation processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP, TMS, WMS, and integration with external platforms.
- Skilled in data analysis, problem-solving, and process design.
- Knowledge of data governance, master data management, and digital tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong sense of ownership and autonomy.
- Clear communicator, able to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player, comfortable working across functions, regions, and cultures.
- High attention to detail, quality, and operational efficiency.
- English: fluent (spoken and written).
- Less than 10% travel (domestic and international).
