The Master Plan Manager is responsible for establishing the production Master Plan (CPB), proactively identifying production issues, assessing capacity limitations, highlighting bottlenecks, and developing scenario plans with executable solutions and recovery timelines that align with business priorities and operational demands, clearly communicating to the relevent cross-functional teams.
He monitors operational efficiency and reports. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including the Supply Chain, ME/AMEA, and PMO teams.
This involves proactively identifying production issues and bottlenecks and proposing possible scenarios to resolve them.
Key responsabilities :
- Manage master data related to production planning and scheduling in the ERP.
- Establish the Master Plan (CBP) including the requests from Supply Chain but also from the other technical departements.
- Define the adequate production schedule to achieve CBP objectives. Ensure the launch of operations.
- Generate and analyze KPIs to track objectives. Identify deviations from the established production plan.
- Perform all relevant data analyses to identify and understand the causes of non-performance.
- Propose solutions and adjust production schedules by incorporating corrective actions.
What are we looking for?
Qualifications :
- Significant and successful experience (5 to 10 years) in planning complex industrial processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and Production/Planning Software.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office packages (capable of creating XLS tools).
- Knowledge and mastery of production KPIs and their analysis.
- Fluent in English – oral and written.
- Management experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with an ERP system.
- Proven ability to prioritize actions and process information to make judgments on incomplete and ambiguous information.
- Results-oriented and problem-solving. Demonstrated communication skills (oral and written), interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and organizational skills.
