Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Qualified Person to reinforce the quality team and support batch release and operational activities on site. This role involves managing quality compliance across production zones, including batch certification and daily shopfloor interactions. The successful candidate will ensure that all products meet rigorous regulatory and manufacturing standards while supporting continuous improvement projects.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the batch release and certification of APIs, excipients, primary packaging, and finished drug products.
- Handle market complaints and oversee investigations, including the implementation of CAPAs and change controls.
- Supervise deviations, retests, rework processes, and the approval of PQRs and LQRs.
- Maintain a strong presence on the shopfloor to provide real-time quality support to production teams.
- Review and approve standard operating procedures within the scope of qualified person activities.
- Support internal audits, client audits, and regulatory inspections to ensure site compliance.
What are we looking for?
- Master's degree in Industrial Pharmacy.
- Possession of a valid Belgian Qualified Person (QP) registration number.
- You have 5+ years of relevant experience in a GMP environment, specifically within QA or QP functions.
- You bring an operational mindset with the ability to be firm regarding quality standards while remaining supportive of production needs.
- You're a collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- You are fluent in French with a good level of English.
