- You develop architectural concepts for buildings and infrastructure, including stations and urban projects.
- You ensure the harmonious integration of projects within their urban or landscape environment.
- You coordinate aesthetic and functional aspects with various engineering disciplines.
- You work closely with CAD designers to ensure the graphical quality and clarity of design documents.
- You contribute to the BIM process and digital model development.
- You prepare and submit building permit applications in collaboration with stakeholders.
- You draft the architectural sections of technical specifications.
- You provide architectural support during execution phases, including site visits and document reviews.
- You manage project deliverables within budget, schedule, and sustainability constraints.
- You report on progress and results to internal and external stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
- You hold a Master’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering – Architecture.
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- You are registered with the Order of Architects (Belgium) and compliant with membership fees.
- You have experience in designing technical buildings, stations, or structures.
- You possess knowledge of administrative building permit procedures in Brussels/Flanders.
- You are proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, and have a good understanding of BIM tools.
- You are accurate, creative, and methodical, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You have solid knowledge of MS Office.
- You are proficient in Dutch or French and have a good knowledge of the other national language; proficiency in English is an asset.
