• You are responsible for the realization and quality control of architectural designs for constructions in accordance with applicable guidelines and legislation.
• You prepare and deliver permitting and execution plans, including formwork and reinforcement layouts.
• You collaborate in developing guidelines and design standards for your field.
• You create drafting instructions that align with Elia’s specifications.
• You engage in the development of a BIM standard and create standard 3D models/libraries.
• You work closely with internal and external designers and project engineers to ensure clarity and consistency in plans.
• You manage your own work schedule and oversee plans provided by outsourcing partners, ensuring clear communication for revisions.
