We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support large-scale digitalisation initiatives within an asset-heavy operational environment. You will help optimise business processes, redesign information flows, and translate business needs into clear, validated requirements for IT delivery teams.

This role plays a key part in modernising and centralising asset reference systems and enabling high-quality data flows across the organisation.

What You Will Do

• Model and optimise business processes, guiding teams through process redesign and harmonisation.
• Capture business needs and translate them into clear epics, features, and user stories.
• Challenge stakeholders to refine requirements and align on pragmatic to-be processes.
• Produce business information models (interfaces, screens, reports, migration logic, data flows).
• Align and validate requirements between business teams and IT (functional analysts, architects, product owners).
• Validate functional analysis delivered by IT teams.
• Test and validate releases, including hands-on support during UAT.
• Take an active role in change management: prepare training materials, deliver training sessions, and support end users during go-live.
• Provide post-implementation support and help teams adopt new tools and processes.
