We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Project Manager in the insurance industry to lead critical onboarding, migration, and distribution readiness initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment. You will manage planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across multiple streams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and manage governance processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth alignment between business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate steering and committee meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
• Oversee preparation and delivery of key materials (e.g. migration strategies, training, communications).
• Maintain a risk and issue log, proactively mitigating dependencies and blockers.
• Deliver clear progress reports tailored to both operational and executive audiences.
• Monitor budget and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Act as central point of contact for all project streams, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure all deliverables meet agreed quality standards and deadlines.
