We are seeking a dedicated Annual Report Project Manager who excels in organizing, coordinating, and overseeing comprehensive project timelines. If you have a strong background in managing multifaceted projects and a passion for meticulous execution, you may be the perfect fit.
- You design and manage project timelines for the annual report and translations.
- You organize reviews and ensure the timely production of required documents.
- You coordinate with external agencies and internal teams to streamline processes.
- You set agendas and document minutes for Steering Committee meetings.
- You manage the translation processes and related platforms.
- You oversee documentation including the Statement of Work and review briefings.
- You support recruitment and onboarding efforts to ensure project continuity.
What are we looking for?
- You have at least 5-8 years of experience in project management, particularly in complex environments.
- You possess strong project management expertise.
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- You have strong organizational and time management skills.
- You coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- You pay close attention to detail and ensure thoroughness in documentation.
- You are resilient and able to work under pressure.
- You are confident in presenting to senior stakeholders.
- You are familiar with documentation and review processes.
- You are proactive and adaptable, handling tight deadlines comfortably.
- You are proficient in English, and knowledge of French is a plus.
What do we offer?
Contract: Freelance (6 month project)
Location: Brussels (hybrid)
Timeline:
- Oct–Dec: Align agencies, set timelines, brief reviewers, run translation test.
- 20 Dec 2025: Deliver first draft of IAR to ExCom.
- Dec–Mar 2026: Iterative reviews, ExCom/Board/Audit submissions, translations, and design finalization.
- Critical presence: January + mid-March (no holiday absences possible).
