You will join a digital product environment where usability, accessibility, and service quality are critical across applications and websites used by a broad and diverse audience. The role sits in a multidisciplinary team working on both internal and customer-facing digital products, with a strong focus on consistency, accessibility, and user-centered design. As a UX Designer, you design intuitive user interfaces and continuously improve the user experience of digital applications and websites. You work closely with stakeholders, analysts, and development teams to translate user needs into accessible, user-centred solutions. The role combines UX design, service design, and close collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse user needs and context to define clear UX requirements
• Plan and conduct user research activities such as interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability testing
• Design and propose suitable UX solutions, including low- and high-fidelity prototypes with a mobile-first approach
• Support analysts and developers in translating UX designs into functional user interfaces
• Ensure interfaces comply with accessibility guidelines and usability standards
• Maintain and further develop the design system
• Contribute to service design by proposing iterative, user-centred solutions and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders
