You will act as an Expert Implementation Coordinator within a large-scale program introducing Electric Bus Systems (EBS) across operational sites and maintenance centers. Your role is to coordinate, follow up, and facilitate the on-site implementation of EBS-related processes and procedures.
You operate as part of the core program team and report to the Change Manager. Your focus is on execution, stakeholder coordination, problem resolution, and change facilitation at depot level.
Your responsibilities include
- Coordinating the implementation of all EBS-related processes and procedures at assigned depots and maintenance centers, based on a predefined implementation playbook.
- Maintaining an end-to-end view on implementation planning for your assigned locations and tracking progress against milestones.
- Acting as the single point of contact on-site during the implementation phase.
- Organising and facilitating on-site coordination with local operations, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
- Communicating proactively with local stakeholders and capturing questions, concerns, and feedback.
- Supporting users during their adoption and familiarisation phase, including presence during preparation, roadshows, implementation, training, and hypercare after go-live.
- Detecting, analysing, and resolving issues during implementation where possible.
- Performing root cause analyses when issues cannot be resolved locally.
- Escalating issues in a structured manner and following up on resolution status.
- Reporting progress, risks, issues, and resolutions to the Change Manager.
- Assessing whether implemented solutions are sufficiently stable for daily operations.
What are we looking for?
- You have at least 10 years of expert-level experience in Change Management.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant change experience in complex implementation trajectories.
- You have proven experience coordinating and following up large infrastructure implementations or comparable large-scale operational implementations up to go-live and aftercare.
- You have hands-on experience with incident and change management in operational environments.
- You have knowledge of the processes and procedures being implemented, including basic understanding of supporting software.
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- You are fluent in Dutch at CEFR level C2.
- You are able to work on-site and travel regularly to operational locations across Flanders.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in the domain of electric buses and charging infrastructure.
- Experience with public-sector procurement or government contracts.
- Experience in asset management contexts.
- Experience with ADKAR / Prosci change methodology.
