We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst to help analyze and optimize complex business processes within the Belgian healthcare and social security landscape. You’ll be involved from the earliest project phases, facilitating workshops, documenting processes, and ensuring that implemented solutions align perfectly with business needs and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do

• Organize and lead workshops and meetings to map and understand business processes.
• Translate current and future state processes into clear functional documentation for development teams.
• Ensure that implemented solutions correspond to agreed-upon business requirements.
• Analyze and streamline data flows between healthcare insurance institutions and public bodies, focusing on the “only-once” principle and improving data quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments to assess business impact and dependencies.
• Apply best practices in functional analysis, requirements gathering, and process modeling (BPMN/UML).
