Our client, a leading organization in a regulated global sector, is seeking a senior expert to modernize and automate their HR reporting ecosystem. This role focuses on transforming legacy Excel processes into sophisticated, automated dashboards while establishing robust data governance and training internal teams.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated Power BI reports by integrating data from various sources such as Workday.
- Design and implement Power Apps solutions and Power Query logic to optimize data transformation and user workflows.
- Architect an HR SharePoint landing page to centralize key resources, reports, and communication for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to translate complex requirements into actionable data visualizations and decision-making tools.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to drive the adoption of Power Platform tools across the organization.
- Establish best practices for KPI governance, data lineage documentation, and version control.
What are we looking for?
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence with a focus on Power BI, DAX, and data modeling.
- You possess advanced expertise in Power Query for complex data transformation and automation.
- You bring proven experience developing Power Apps and managing SharePoint Online environments.
- You have experience integrating data from HR systems, specifically Workday, using APIs and automated connectors.
- You bring a demonstrated ability to automate manual Excel-based processes and manage full-lifecycle dashboard redesigns.
- You're able to coordinate across international hubs and engage with diverse stakeholders through strong communication skills.
- You have experience in establishing data governance, security policies, and technical documentation.
- You are fluent in French with a professional working proficiency in English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with SAP HR systems.
- Power BI Data Analyst Associate or equivalent professional certification.
- Technical knowledge of Azure or similar cloud data platforms.
- Background in a regulated or matrixed corporate environment.
