Help shape a new, user-friendly digital platform that connects public and private partners through one central access point.

As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll work on the design of a modern partner portal, a unified environment that allows users to manage configurations, view dashboards, access documentation, and follow up on incidents in one place.

You’ll collaborate closely with analysts, developers, and product owners to ensure every feature is accessible, intuitive, and aligned with the broader Design System.

Your Role

• You create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs that balance usability, accessibility, and visual coherence.
• You translate business requirements and user needs into clear design concepts, supporting both discovery and delivery phases.
• You work with the Flanders Design System to ensure visual and functional consistency across all components.
• You collaborate closely with business analysts, functional analysts, and developers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• You participate in workshops and sprint meetings, providing input from a user experience perspective.
• You contribute to building an inclusive, accessible, and content-driven digital experience for all partners.
