- You ensure availability of the IT Service Desk via phone, email, and the internal support portal.
- You manage and resolve complex incidents and service requests from internal users.
- You provide both telephone and onsite support for hardware and software issues.
- You analyze reported problems and change requests related to computers and applications.
- You prioritize tasks using the Service Management Tool in line with ITIL processes.
- You maintain clear, timely communication with internal clients to ensure quality support.
- You actively participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
What are we looking for?
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a 1st or 2nd line Service Desk role.
- You possess good knowledge of networks, telephony, Windows, Citrix, and ITIL methodologies.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- You are proactive, solution-driven, and highly organized.
- You demonstrate excellent written and spoken command of Dutch, French, and English.
