We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead IT projects in the domain of commercial channels and products, with a specific focus on ticket vending machine solutions. In this role, you will manage projects end-to-end, from defining scope and KPIs through planning, delivery, and reporting. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and business partners to ensure high-quality outcomes that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
• Define project goals, deliverables, and KPIs in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and communication materials.
• Track business value creation and report progress transparently to steering committees.
• Manage risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate across IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate SteerCo and project update meetings, providing clear communication at all levels.
