As an ideal candidate, you are a knowledgeable Senior Associate - QA Lab who thrives in collaborative environments and possesses a strong commitment to quality assurance standards.   • You establish and maintain strong working relationships with partners in Quality Control (QC) laboratories as well as commercial and clinical Supply Chain.
  • You act as the QA point of contact for the QC laboratories, ensuring compliance with global regulations and quality requirements.
  • You support the quality oversight process of operational activities by ensuring QA review and approval of GMP documentation.
  • You handle lab-related deviations by supporting experts in finding root causes and defining corrective and preventive actions.
  • You evaluate trends in issue investigations and define appropriate actions.
  • You ensure timely and proper management of quality records related to the QC area, meeting internal and external customer expectations.
  • You act as a spokesperson during Health Authority inspections and customer audits, ensuring proper escalation of deviations impacting patient safety and product supply.

What are we looking for?

  • You hold a Master's scientific degree with a technical specialization in analytics, chemistry, or biotechnology (or equivalent through experience).
  • You have 5-8 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of cGMP regulations, ICH guidelines, and GMP lab compliance guidelines.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills and can work flexibly under time pressure in local and global teams.
  • You are proactive and accurate, seeking solutions and possessing excellent communication skills.
  • You are familiar with concepts related to Analytical Troubleshooting and can apply them effectively.
  • You speak and write Dutch and English fluently.
