We are looking for a motivated and proactive Supplier Complaint Management Consultant who is ready to tackle challenges and assist in smooth operations during a transitional period.

  • You manage supplier complaints by creating deviations in SOURCE and documenting each issue.
  • You communicate with suppliers regarding complaint documentation and follow up for timely resolutions.
  • You track incoming materials on site, ensuring everything is receivable on time.
  • You collaborate closely with teams in QA, QC, and Production to resolve issues and answer operational queries.
  • You support small improvement projects once you are autonomous in your role.
  • You assist in creating material codes and integrating new consumables into stock management.
  • You participate in improvement initiatives related to operational processes.

What are we looking for?

  • You have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • You possess basic knowledge of SAP, with a priority focus on the PP module.
  • You have an understanding of Pharma/GMP regulations or equivalent experience in highly regulated industries.
  • You are an excellent communicator and comfortable interacting with operations.
  • You are a proactive team player, eager to learn and collaborate closely with your colleagues.
  • You are available to start within approximately 3 weeks.
  • You are proficient in French, with native or fluent abilities.
  • You have a basic understanding of English for written communication with suppliers.
