As the ideal candidate, you are a proactive Accounting Services Consultant who enjoys developing new services and collaborating with both customers and teams. Your blend of domain knowledge in accounting and payroll, along with a customer-focused mindset, will be crucial to your success.
- You design and implement efficient workflows for integrating payroll data into customer accounting systems.
- You optimise existing accounting output documents, such as journal entries and export files.
- You support the setup and optimisation of automated integrations with accounting software.
- You contribute to the development of reporting and dashboards that provide customer insights.
- You advise customers on setting up, adjusting, and optimising their chart of accounts within the Easypay applications.
- You collaborate closely with internal teams, including payroll administration, software development, IT, and customer-facing teams.
- You act as the subject matter expert and main point of contact for this new accounting services offering.
What are we looking for?
- You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, payroll, or finance.
- You possess a strong understanding of payroll processes and accounting structures / charts of accounts.
- You have experience with accounting software and/or system integrations, which is a strong asset.
- You maintain a strong affinity with process optimisation and digital service design.
- You are able to work autonomously and are comfortable in a pioneering role.
- You are customer-oriented, analytical, and solution-driven.
- You are a clear and professional communicator, both internally and towards customers.
- You are proficient in Dutch and French, and have basic to professional working proficiency in English.
