We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Lead Consultant to guide the optimization of our Microsoft 365 environment. You will audit the current setup, propose improvements, and ensure best practices across security, compliance, collaboration, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit the full Microsoft 365 environment, including Intune, Defender, Teams (telephony), and license usage.
• Identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Define a roadmap and strategic recommendations for Microsoft 365 optimization.
• Configure and administer Intune, Defender, and Teams (with telephony integration).
• Set up monitoring and reporting for performance, usage, and security.
• Ensure compliance with security standards (NIS2, ISO27001).
• Provide advanced support to IT teams and end-users.
• Deliver training and workshops for administrators and business users.
• Stay updated on Microsoft 365 updates and recommend adoption of new features.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the organization.
