We’re looking for a Senior IT Software Solution /Functional Specialist to lead, support, and implement software solutions across corporate domains. You will act as a key technical expert, ensuring that software platforms — whether off-the-shelf or custom-built — are fully aligned with business needs, integrated across the IT landscape, and compliant with internal standards.

What You Will Do

• Lead and support software implementation projects end-to-end.
• Perform fit-gap analyses to determine whether business requirements can be met through configuration or require custom development.
• Translate user stories and functional needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Guide the development of custom software components within the boundaries of each platform’s capabilities.
• Oversee software integration with other internal systems, coordinating with architects, developers, and technical teams.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap of the product domain.
• Support RFP/RFI processes by defining and evaluating functional and technical requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT standards such as security, lifecycle management, and technology guidelines.
• Actively contribute to the solution architecture of each product and ensure alignment with business and non-functional requirements.
• When needed, support testers in scenario preparation and execution for domain-specific features.
• Provide functional expertise to product teams throughout development and operational phases.
