- You validate and document support for formulation, filling, shipping, and packaging processes.
- You execute and document urgent quality investigations.
- You perform comprehensive risk assessments and define appropriate mitigation measures.
- You support and implement process and system changes related to product introduction.
- You provide overall project management, including coordination, planning, issue resolution, and progress reporting.
What are we looking for?
- You hold a Master's degree in a scientific field such as Bio-engineering, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology.
- You possess extensive experience in executing validation projects.
- You exhibit proficiency in planning and project coordination.
- You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- You demonstrate strong analytical skills and a good technical writing style.
- You have a pragmatic, proactive approach and are results-focused.
- You are familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and validation processes.
- You are flexible with shift work as required for certain projects.
- You are proficient in Dutch and have a good knowledge of English in both written and oral forms.
