As an ideal candidate, you are an experienced Validation Specialist skilled in the nuances of document review and approval processes. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring that systems meet rigorous validation standards, making this role perfect for those passionate about quality assurance.
- You review and approve Computerized System validation documents, whether complex or simple.
- You ensure validation documents align with the applied validation strategy, including Validation Plan (VP), User Requirements Specification (URS), and more.
- You assess Risk Analysis (RA) and Installation and Operational Qualification Protocol (IOQP) for thorough compliance.
- You initiate reviews and provide approval for Installation and Operational Qualification Reports (IOQR) and Validation Reports (VR).
- You engage with diverse stakeholders, including Business, Developers, and the validation team.
- You maintain alignment with project team targets through effective communication and strategic prioritization.
- You evaluate proposed mitigation controls in case of inconsistencies detected in document reviews.

- You have at least 3 years of experience in validation processes related to computerized systems.
- You possess strong knowledge of validation strategies and documentation standards.
- You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- You are an effective communicator, able to liaise with various stakeholders.
- You are adept at time management and meeting project deadlines.
- You have a background in working with robotic systems and related technologies.
- You are proficient in English.
