We are seeking a senior, strategic Domain Architect to be the crucial link between business strategy and IT execution—defining the future state and ensuring the coherence of all systems, processes, and teams within a critical business domain.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Roadmapping: Translate the defined Business Strategy and competitive context into a clear, actionable IT Roadmap and target architecture for your specific domain (e.g., HR Services, Digital Client Channels, or Social Security).
- Capability Mapping: Define and maintain the domain's business capabilities and the corresponding IT capabilities, ensuring a robust link between strategic goals and technical requirements.
- Architectural Governance: Guide complex IT projects and programs to ensure architectural coherence and strict alignment with the Enterprise Architecture standards, principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the crucial link between Business and IT. Work closely with senior business leaders and functional heads to understand their goals and collaboratively design the necessary IT solutions.
- Quality & Compliance Champion: Define and enforce architectural standards related to quality, data privacy, security, and compliance (GDPR, ISAE 3402, ISO 9001), ensuring these principles are embedded in every design decision.
- Agile at Scale: Ensure that the architecture supports effective delivery within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) structure, aligning domain roadmaps across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
