We are looking for an experienced Business Process Validation (BPV) Test Lead who is passionate about maintaining high-quality standards and driving continuous improvement in testing processes.
- You develop and implement BPV test strategies and plans for initiatives and products.
- You focus on business and functional driven testing.
- You define test scope and objectives based on changes and risk assessments.
- You coordinate test needs (data, automation, environment) and assign tasks.
- You monitor progress, manage test results and defects via dashboards.
- You report deviations from the QA strategy and provide recommendations.
- You conduct regular status meetings and update stakeholders.
- You act as coordinator between Tribe & Cluster Leads, Product Owners, and partners.
- You highlight risks and escalate issues when necessary.
- You ensure BPV test plans align with QA expectations.
- You identify opportunities to optimize testing processes.
- You align and coordinate testing activities with external partners.
What are we looking for?
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent through experience.
- You have approximately 5 years of experience in a similar function.
- You possess proven knowledge of testing methodologies.
- You have experience with regression testing, test automation, and test reporting.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
- You have the ability to collaborate across teams and partners.
- You exhibit a quality-driven mindset and the ambition to improve processes.
- You have strong knowledge of test strategy, planning, and risk-based testing.
- You have experience with Jira/Xray (or similar tools) for defect and dashboard management, as well as documentation sharing via Confluence.
- You can coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders in large-scale, complex, and dynamic environments.
- You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (English mandatory, ideally also Dutch).
- You exhibit a proactive attitude, structured approach, and the ability to challenge teams constructively while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality throughout the process.
- You are proficient in English and preferably Dutch.
