As an ideal candidate, you are a skilled E2E Test Coordinator / Test Manager who thrives on aligning teams and ensuring quality throughout the software development lifecycle.   • You define test objectives and approaches for E2E testing, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • You collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure testing efforts meet technical and business expectations.
  • You oversee test activities across different phases, ensuring adequate test coverage and compliance with quality standards.
  • You lead and structure the test data provision in systems based on industry best practices.
  • You track defects and facilitate resolution with development teams while assessing risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • You aggregate and analyze test results, providing actionable reports to stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • You participate proactively in QA Chapter initiatives, enabling knowledge sharing across teams and contributing to continuous improvement.

What are we looking for?

  • You have proven experience defining and executing E2E test strategies in complex, multi-system environments.
  • You have strong experience coordinating testing in Agile / Scrum delivery contexts.
  • You are able to assess test scope, coverage, and non-functional testing needs.
  • You have excellent stakeholder management skills and can challenge constructively when needed.
  • You are able to work autonomously and take full ownership of the testing domain.
  • You have sufficient technical understanding to reason about APIs and web services, Front-end vs back-end, Client/server interactions, Protocols and integrations
  • You are fluent in English (working language).
  • You have a good command of Dutch and/or French.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience working in regulated or safety-critical environments.
  • Exposure to non-functional testing (performance, reliability, data integrity).
  • Prior involvement in program-level testing coordination.
  • Familiarity with enterprise QA governance or QA chapters.

Working model: Hybrid — minimum 2 days onsite per week.

Contract type: Open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
