You work within a large-scale digital transformation programme in a complex public-sector environment. The organisation is modernising its end-to-end case management and service delivery landscape with a clear digital-by-default ambition, aligned with European standards. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you take ownership of the overall quality and testing approach across one or more product teams.
You support the development of multiple interconnected modules within a future-proof digital platform. These modules handle mission-critical workflows, integrate with external partners, and exchange data across a broader digital ecosystem. Quality, reliability, performance, and early risk detection are essential. Errors have a high operational and societal impact, which makes quality engineering a key pillar of the program.
What You’ll Do

- You safeguard acceptance criteria, Definition of Done (DoD), and Definition of Ready (DoR).
- You monitor and improve test coverage, code quality, and application performance.
- You design, set up, and maintain automated test frameworks.
- You integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and support test-driven practices.
- You introduce monitoring and logging solutions to detect bugs and performance issues early.
- You guide teams in applying testing best practices and ensure consistent quality standards across modules.
- You contribute to the operational rollout of the quality strategy and adjust it as the platform evolves.
