Our client is a leading organization in the European energy infrastructure sector, committed to driving the transition toward sustainable and reliable electricity supply. This role involves overseeing the comprehensive schedule management of large-scale infrastructure programs from the design phase through to commercial operations.
Your responsibilities:
- Define and validate the schedule management approach for major infrastructure programs and projects.
- Establish frameworks for managing progress, baselines, and specific scheduling requirements for contractors.
- Consolidate various contractor schedules into a unified program schedule to ensure integration.
- Coordinate with procurement and scope management to align schedules with budgets and milestones.
- Manage project structures and data quality within specialized tools to ensure factual reporting.
- Monitor progress and apply advanced techniques to estimate durations and manage variances.
- Provide training and coaching on schedule and resource management processes to improve organizational maturity.
What are we looking for?
- You have 1+ years of experience in a similar schedule management role within infrastructure projects.
- You possess expert knowledge of MS Project and Primavera P6.
- You bring a solid understanding of project management methodologies such as PMI or PMBOK.
- You have experience with schedule management techniques and performing data-driven analysis.
- You are a proactive team player with strong communication and interviewing skills.
- You are fluent in Dutch and French.
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of high voltage transmission infrastructure or offshore works.
- Experience within engineering and construction project environments.
