Your Role

• You coordinate and monitor the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects under the reform program.
• You act as the link between business and IT, translating new pension laws into operational solutions.
• You manage budgets, planning, and resources while keeping scope and priorities under control.
• You ensure transparent reporting to domain and program steering groups.
• You lead change management initiatives and guide internal project teams to strengthen their delivery capability.
