As an ideal candidate, you are a dedicated Senior Clinical Research Specialist who excels in collaboration and has a proven track record in managing clinical trials. Your expertise will facilitate efficient project delivery while ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory standards.
- You support the execution of company-sponsored clinical trials, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
- You oversee the feasibility, selection, setup, conduct, and closure of clinical trials within allocated countries.
- You serve as the primary contact for clinical trial sites, fostering strong relationships.
- You contribute to the development of crucial clinical trial documents, including study protocols and consent forms.
- You manage the ordering, tracking, and accountability of investigational devices and trial materials.
- You mentor team members and act as a reliable resource for project knowledge.
- You oversee the development and execution of investigator agreements and trial payments.
What are we looking for?
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Physical Science, Nursing, or Biological Science.
- You have at least 4 years of experience in clinical research.
- You possess relevant certifications (e.g., CCRA, CCRC, CCRP) and a clinical/medical background is a plus.
- You are an excellent communicator with strong presentation and technical writing skills.
- You have good problem-solving abilities and demonstrate adaptability to changing situations.
- You understand global clinical trial regulations and the processes involved in clinical research.
- You are proficient in English (spoken and written).
- You are willing to travel approximately 25% depending on the program phase.
