We are seeking a motivated professional to fill the position of Clinical Research Specialist. As an ideal candidate, you should be passionate about clinical research, exhibit strong organizational skills, and be able to thrive in a dynamic environment while supporting vital clinical trials.
- You serve as a Clinical Research Specialist supporting the execution of company-sponsored clinical trials.
- You ensure compliance with timelines and study milestones under supervision.
- You participate in the feasibility, selection, set up, conduct, and closure of clinical trials.
- You assist in developing clinical trial documents, including protocols and informed consents.
- You coordinate the ordering, tracking, and accountability of investigational devices.
- You interface and collaborate with site personnel, IRBs, contractors, and company staff.
- You assist in clinical data review to prepare data for statistical analyses and publications.
What are we looking for?
- You hold a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Life Science, Physical Science, Nursing, or Biological Science.
- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience if holding a Bachelor’s degree, or 1 year if holding a Master’s or PhD.
- You possess relevant industry certifications such as CCRA, CCRC, CCRP, or GCP.
- You are an excellent communicator with strong presentation and technical writing skills.
- You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing environments.
- You are familiar with clinical research regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines.
- You are fluent in English (spoken and written).
