We are looking for a dynamic and experienced management consultant who possesses deep knowledge of the functioning and digital landscape of the nautical chain. If you are passionate about driving change and fostering innovation in complex projects, this opportunity is well-suited for you.
- You lead change management initiatives in complex projects focusing on stakeholder engagement.
- You develop strategies and frameworks to improve processes within the nautical chain.
- You act as an Innovation Consultant, bringing forward solutions that leverage new technologies.
- You manage relationships with stakeholders ranging from executive levels to operational teams.
- You analyze and improve business processes using methods such as Lean manufacturing and Continuous improvement.
- You provide insights and recommendations based on thorough understanding of the digital landscape of the nautical sector.
- You document and report on the progress and outcomes of change initiatives.
What are we looking for?
- You have at least 7 years of senior experience in change management for complex projects.
- You demonstrate strong skills in stakeholder management at various levels.
- You possess experience as an Innovation Consultant with a minimum of 5 years.
- You have a higher degree (Master or Bachelor) or equivalent experience.
- You are proficient in Dutch at the European CEFR - level C2.
- You have demonstrable experience in Process Engineering, Lean manufacturing, and Continuous improvement.
- You have experience in business processes and project management.
- You possess a deep understanding of the digital landscape of the nautical chain.
- You have excellent and demonstrable knowledge of how a nautical chain operates.
- You have experience as a change/transformation manager with at least 5 years of experience.
- You have experience in AI projects.
