Our client is undergoing significant transformation across processes, culture, and ways of working. To guide these changes and support teams through transition, we are looking for a Senior Change & Communication Officer with deep expertise in organisational development, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with leadership, project teams, and operational teams to drive adoption, build change capabilities, and ensure initiatives land effectively.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead change management activities across strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Run impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness evaluations.
  • Develop change, communication, and training plans tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Facilitate workshops, team sessions, and co-creation practices to build ownership and alignment.
  • Support project governance: risks, dependencies, reporting, and change tracking.
  • Coach leaders and teams on new ways of working, communication styles, and collaborative behaviours.
  • Design and deliver training sessions on topics such as collective intelligence, stress management, assertive communication, and collaboration.
  • Produce clear communication materials to support programme adoption.
  • Drive continuous improvement and act as an advisor to project teams in adopting Agile principles where relevant.
  • Collaborate across departments to foster a learning mindset and strengthen organisational resilience.

What are we looking for?

  • You have a Master’s degree in social or human sciences (e.g. anthropology, economics, psychology, etc.).
  • You have at least 10 years of experience in change management, consulting, facilitation, coaching, or PMO roles.
  • You hold relevant certifications such as Change Management, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or Advanced BPM.
  • You have strong hands-on experience with organisational transformation, talent development, and participatory governance.
  • You are skilled in impact analysis, risk assessment, project coordination, and training delivery.
  • You excel in facilitation, active listening, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
  • You demonstrate autonomy, leadership, resilience, and the ability to guide teams through uncertainty.
  • You speak French at a native or bilingual level and English at a professional level.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in academic or university environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum environments.

Location: Brussels (hybrid: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote)

Duration: Until end of 2026 (extendable)
