• Contributing to project definitions, product backlogs, and roadmaps based on analytical input.
• Translating needs from internal and external stakeholders into business analyses and solution proposals.
• Reconciling innovation-driven needs with requirements arising from organisational or structural changes.
• Performing in-depth individual analysis and facilitating working groups to align on solutions and accelerate change adoption.
• Identifying, assessing, and escalating risks and bottlenecks in a timely manner.
• Preparing training materials, documentation, and communication for stakeholders.
• Reporting on progress, outcomes, and analysis results.

• Monitoring project progress and taking corrective actions to ensure delivery within time, budget, scope, and quality constraints.
• Proactively managing project risks and issues, including diagnosis and mitigation.
• Maintaining transparent and up-to-date reporting on budget, planning, scope, risks, and dependencies.
