Our client is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to contribute to high-impact analytics and AI initiatives within a large-scale operational environment.
The role focuses on applying advanced data science techniques to real-world industrial challenges, including operational optimization, security analytics, sustainability, and exploratory Generative AI use cases. The Senior Data Scientist acts as a methodological reference within an experienced team and contributes to both delivery and innovation.
Responsibilities:- Design and implement advanced data science solutions using machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI techniques.
- Translate complex operational and business challenges into data-driven use cases and analytical models.
- Contribute to industrialized analytics projects, from experimentation through to production deployment.
- Ensure best practices in model development, validation, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate closely with operations, IT, and other business stakeholders.
- Act as a scientific and methodological reference for other data scientists within the team.
- Promote the adoption of modern tools, techniques, and analytical approaches.
What are we looking for?
- You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with proven application in industrial or operational contexts.
- You hold a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related AI-focused field.
- You have strong hands-on experience with data science programming languages such as Python and PySpark.
- You bring solid experience deploying data science and ML/AI models into production.
- You have proven expertise working with cloud platforms for industrialized data analytics solutions.
- You are fluent in English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with advanced analytics use cases such as predictive optimization, security analytics, or energy optimization.
- Exposure to Generative AI experimentation beyond classic ML use cases.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to explain analytical outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.
