As the ideal candidate, you are a driven Project Leader who excels in overseeing multiple aspects of project management. If you are skilled in leadership, project coordination, and enjoy fostering strong partnerships, this opportunity is perfect for you.
- You collaborate closely with the Program Manager to ensure successful program management and exceed client expectations.
- You manage and monitor your own projects, with a focus on scope, budget, planning, and resources.
- You maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and external partners, including regional authorities and municipalities.
- You coordinate and follow up on permit requests and tendering procedures.
- You lead internal and external coordination meetings to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments.
What are we looking for?
- You have 2-4 years of relevant experience in project management of large-scale construction projects.
- You possess proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- You demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- You are communicative, precise, methodical, and autonomous.
- You are a natural leader who motivates teams and organizes tasks in a structured manner.
- You hold a Master’s degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering, preferably in Civil Engineering or Architecture or equivalent through experience.
- You have excellent command of Dutch and very good knowledge of French. Good command of English is an advantage.
