  • You ensure the follow-up of the project portfolio (energy, water, infrastructure, etc.) and monitor project progress.
  • You track the health status of projects: planning, budget, deliverables, risks, and reporting.
  • You prepare and consolidate management reports related to Energy/Sustainability topics.
  • You support Project Managers in the operational implementation of optimization projects such as piping insulation, thermographic audits, and follow-up of minor works and technical validations.
  • You structure project documentation, organize reviews, and ensure smooth communication across stakeholders.
  • You ensure proper use and management of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
  • You are a driving force for improving methods, organization, and continuous improvement.
  • You take ownership of assigned tasks, follow through to completion, and demonstrate proactivity and accountability.

What are we looking for?

  • You hold a degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering (Electromechanics, Energy, Process, or equivalent).
  • You have a junior to medior profile, eager to learn and grow in a technical project environment.
  • You bring first experience in Project Engineering, Technical PMO, or Industrial Project Management (pharmaceutical experience not required).
  • You possess an analytical, structured, and organized mindset with strong learning and problem-solving abilities.
  • You are fluent in French; proficiency in English is a strong asset.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools and comfortable working with data and structured reporting.
